Language

Graduate students wishing to learn Irish language are encourged to enroll in "The Irish Studies Seminar II: An Teanga Bheo - Irish Language Linguistic Acquisition in Historical and Cultural Context," offered Spring semesters.  This course is required of all Irish Studies MA students without prior knowledge of Irish language.  Opportunities for continued study of Irish at the graduate level should be discussed with DGS John Waters and Senior Irish Language Lecturer Pádraig Ó Cearúill via Independent Study course number.
